Mr. Papagianakis has been as a corporate attorney for a national and Manhattan-based law firm and as senior counsel for a NYSE-listed company where he was responsible for SEC reporting and corporate and capital market transactions. His experience includes the representation and counseling of public companies, as well as small and newly formed traditional and technology companies from inception to IPO and beyond.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Papagianakis has taught the following courses for various graduate and undergraduate university programs in New York: (i) Business Law, (ii) Law of Business Organizations, (iii) Negotiation Skills, (iv) Microeconomics, (v) Macroeconomics, (vi) Investing in Mutual Funds, and (vii) Investing in Stocks and Bonds.

Before law school, Mr. Papagianakis worked for two years as an Assistant Bank Examiner with the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and for one year as an Assistant Economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In addition he passed the Level I examination of the Chartered Financial Analysit program.

Mr. Papagianakis received his JD from Florida State University College of Law and his BS from Carnegie Mellon University.
