United Franchise Group, (UFG) an industry leader in the development of successful franchise systems with over 1400 franchisees in 50 countries, and Transworld Business Brokers, one of the nation’s largest business brokerage companies handling business sales and mergers and acquisitions, have forged a joint venture to market a new business brokerage franchise system called Transworld Business Advisors. SEC Initiative for Business Brokers

The Georgia Association of Business Brokers

The Georgia Association of Business Brokers, Inc. (GABB) was formed in 1986 at Atlanta by a group interested in developing a specialization in business brokerage. Many of the founding members already had commercial real estate experience. In 1994, the organization held its first State Conference with attendees from throughout Georgia, a tradition which has continued with each year’s Conference surpassing the last.
