This opportunity is a nationally known franchise of lawn and turf power equipment with two Georgia locations. The two highly successful locations are contiguous. Each location is in a new facility and is staffed with business personnel who run the company efficiently, producing above average returns and growth.
Lawn and turf equipment account for 46% of sales, part sales account for 31% of overall sales and service work accounts for the remaining 23% of sales. Sixty percent (60%) of overall sales are to commercial customers and forty percent (40%) of sales are to consumers. No one customer represents more than 4% of revenues.

Owner wishes to retire.

The business was purchased in 2003 by the current owner with the second location was purchased in February 2005. One facility is 10,000 square feet and the second facility is 15,000 square feet. The real estate is included in the purchase at fair market value. Fair market value of the two real estate locations combined is $2.5M.
In addition to the owner, the business employs sixteen full time and four part time employees. The company currently has two contract employees that service 40 Home Depot and Lowe’s stores and handle all of their mobile service work throughout central Georgia; plans are to add a third mobile shop.
